Next Sunday, August 30th is a special Congregational meeting during the Sunday school hour. Attendance by highschool students is strongly encouraged. There will NOT be a regular Sunday School.

Sunday, September 13th is the Rally for See You At The Pole and prayer for the 2009-2010 school year. We will be meeting with other youth in our community at 5:30 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 178 S McHenry Ave, Crystal Lake. It's gonna be AWESOME

Breakaway This Sunday, August 16th!

Breakaway this Sunday will be serving at the Taste of Cary Grove from 5:30-8:00. Plan on being dropped off at Lake Julian on Rt. 14 in Cary. If anyone wants to attend the taste BEFORE serving, there is a seating from 3:00-5:00, and tickets must be purchased in advance from www.carygrove.org. We're excited to serve together as a ministry. All the proceeds will be donated to the "Feed The Hungry Campaign" and
community needs programs!

Six Flags Baby!

We will be meeting at the church at nine am on Monday, August 10th. Transportation will be provided! Hope to see you all there!

CGEFC Car Wash Cancelled

The church-wide service event that was scheduled for Saturday, August 1st has been cancelled. Stay tuned for more information on the student ministry sponsored "church-wide-water-fight!"

Pool Party at The Lambs!

On WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5TH we will meet at the LAMBS home for a pool party! They have graciously opened their pool to us from 6-9PM. We will not be meeting at the church. 860 Pearson Road. See you there!
